steamed winter melon with chopped shrimp

Ingredients
- 500 gr winter melon

- 400 gr shrimp

- 2 clove of garlic (chopped)

- 4 spring onion stalk (cut into small pieces)

- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

- 1 teaspoon salty soy sauce

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 /2 teaspoons pepper powder

- 1 /2 teaspoons sugar

- 1 tablespoon oil

- 1 teaspoon cornstarch

Steps
- Wash the winter melon thoroughly, then peel the skin and remove the seeds.

- then cut into thin slices about 1/4 cm

- then put it in a container, and sprinkle 1/2 tsp salt.

- then let it sit for about 15 minutes,

- Then wash the shrimp clean (remove the shrimp heads, then peel the skin, and split the back, then wash clean and drain)

- then put the SHRIMP on the cutting board one by one

- then crush using a knife

- until the shrimp are destroyed

- then after all the shrimp are set

- then chop the shrimp until smooth

- Put in a container and season (1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, 1 teaspoon cornstarch)

- then cover and steam for 7 minutes

- Then prepare a frying pan, pour in a little oil, then add the chopped garlic, stir until it smells good and fragrant.

- Then add the sauce seasoning (1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp oyster sauce, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, 1/2 tsp cornstarch, and 50 ml water) then stir until the seasoning is evenly mixed and thickens.

- After the sauce thickens, pour the sauce over the steamer.

- Then after the sauce has been poured over it, add a few slices of spring onion on top.

- then ready to serve
