stir-fry spareribs.

The stir-fried spareribs are shiny and glossy just out of the pan, and the amber sauce wraps each piece of ribs tightly. When you bite it, you will first feel the crispy edges, followed by the tender and juicy meat, with the spicy aroma of onion, ginger, garlic and the mellow sweetness of soy sauce. The meat between the bones is the most tempting, you have to pinch it with your fingertips to get the full taste, and finally suck the sauce on the fingers clean, filling your mouth with hot and fresh fragrance.
Ingredients
- 600g spareribs

- Half a bottle of beer

- 15g ginger and garlic

- 3 Onion

- 1 tablespoon of cooking oil

- a pinch of salt

- 1 teaspoon soy sauce

- a pinch of pepper

Steps
- Cut the ribs into small pieces.

- Cut the green and red peppers in half, cut into thick strips, and then cut into small pieces.

- Chop ginger and garlic into small pieces.

- Cut the green onion into 3-4 cm long pieces

- prepare half a basin of water, pour the ribs into the water, add a little salt and a teaspoon of vinegar and soak for 4 to 5 minutes

- Wash the soaked ribs several times with clean water, remove them and drain the water for later use.

- Heat the pan with cold oil and add the ribs.

- This is a non-stick pan. Fry over high heat until the ribs change color.

- Cook over medium heat for about five minutes.

- Fry until browned, add 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce, 10 ml of dark soy sauce for coloring, a little pepper, stir well to bring out the aroma of the sauce.

- Add ginger, minced garlic, a little salt, and half a bottle of beer to soften the meat, cover and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.

- After simmering, continue to stir-fry twice, add the prepared green and red peppers, and stir-fry over high heat to bring out the spicy aroma

- Add the scallion and stir-fry for a while.

- A serving of stir-fried pork ribs is ready, enjoy!
