Ingredients
- 450 gr Chicken

- 3 Chicken egg

- 1 box(Coconut milk)

- 1 teaspoon coriander seeds (ground)

- 2 lemongrass stalk (crushed)

- 2 turmeric finger joint (finely ground)

- 2 galangal finger joints

- 3 candlenut seeds (finely ground)

- 2 bay leaves

- 9 Red onion seeds (finely ground)

- 6 clove of garlic (finely ground)

- 1 teaspoon pepper powder

- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 3 tablespoon oil

- 500 ml water

- 1 teaspoon Sugar

Steps
- wash the chicken thoroughly then drain

- boil the eggs until cooked

- then peel

- grind the spices (shallots, garlic, candlenuts, coriander, turmeric)

- prepare a frying pan, pour in oil

- then add the ground spices

- then add the galangal, bay leaves and lemongrass

- then stir the spices until they are slightly golden brown

- then put in the chicken

- then stir until the spices are evenly mixed

- then add water, (salt, pepper powder and sugar)

- wait until the sauce boils, then add the eggs

- then add coconut milk and stir

- cook for 20 minutes, on medium heat

- Wait until the sauce reduces and becomes a bit thick, then put it in a bowl.

- And ready to serve
