stir-fried SHRIMP with green beans

Ingredients
- 450 gr shrimp

- 1 wrap green beans

- 2 carrot stalks

- 1 /2 large red chilies

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 2 clove of garlic (chopped)

Steps
- wash the shrimp thoroughly (cut off the heads, peel the skin, split the backs, wash thoroughly then drain)

- wash the green beans thoroughly (remove both ends, then cut into pieces of about 3 cm)

- wash the carrots (peel the skin then cut into pieces of about 3 cm)

- Wash the chilies and slice them thinly lengthwise, about 3 cm.

- prepare a frying pan, pour in oil, wait until it's hot

- then add the spices (shallots, garlic and ginger)

- then add the SHRIMP and stir for a while

- then add the green beans and stir for a while.

- then add the sliced carrots

- then stir and add 50 ml of water

- And cover, cook for 2 minutes

- then add sliced red chilies

- then add (salt, sugar and oyster sauce)

- then stir until the spices are evenly mixed

- then put it on a plate and it's ready to be served
