Fresh and fragrant golden corn

The plump glutinous corn is filled with salted egg yolks, and the golden quicksand is intertwined with the sweet and crispy tenderness. The salty and fragrant soft sand melts on the tip of the tongue. Corn is rich in dietary fiber and vitamins, which helps digestion and enhances immunity; salted egg yolks contain high-quality protein and lecithin. Red and green peppers are dotted in between, brightening the color and adding crispness. It is both delicious and nutritious. Every bite is fragrant and makes people unable to stop.
Ingredients
- 1 white corn, about 350 grams

- 1 salted egg

- 2 tablespoons oil

- Green and red peppers (half each)

- 3 tablespoons corn starch

Steps
- I like white sticky corn, which is very salty, fragrant and soft when fried. My family also often prepares this kind of corn for breakfast.

- Peel the corn into kernels and wash away any impurities. Because my family loves to eat corn, I double the amount.

- Add water to the pot, put the steaming rack, cook the salted eggs at the bottom and steam the corn at the top, 10 minutes after the water boils (I am so smart).

- Dice the bell pepper and set aside.

- Add 3 tablespoons of starch to the steamed corn kernels and mix well. I personally don't like to add starch, it's more refreshing without starch.

- Cook the salted duck eggs, remove the egg yolks and mash them for later use.

- Turn on low heat, put oil in the pot, add the pressed salted egg yolk paste, and stir-fry over low heat (be sure not to burn it) until the salted egg yolk bubbles and becomes sandy.

- Stir-fry the salted egg yolk until fragrant, add the corn kernels and stir-fry for 1 minute:

- Add chili and stir-fry for 1 minute, add 1 teaspoon of salt (because the salted egg yolk is already salty, please adjust according to your taste) and stir-fry evenly.
