Finger-licking golden sand chicken wings

- 3 salted egg yolks

- Drain the marinated chicken wings, then control the water, add a small spoonful of corn starch and mix evenly. This step is to make the chicken wings more delicious when fried.

- Spray a little oil on a non-stick pan, put the chicken wings in, and fry until both sides are golden brown, about 3 minutes per side. Be sure to pay attention to the heat and don't burn them, otherwise all your efforts will be wasted.

- Finally, add a small spoonful of oil to another pan, fry the crushed egg yolks on low heat until bubbles appear, then add the fried chicken wings, stir fry for 1-2 minutes and serve.
