Stir-fried White Broccoli with Shrimp

Ingredients
- 900 Gr white broccoli

- 2 ounce celery leaves/celery stalks

- 3 cloves of garlic and 2 slices of ginger

- 400 gr shrimp

- 1 Tablespoon oyster sauce

- 1 /2 tsp fine salt

- 1 /2 tsp granulated sugar

Steps
- Cut the broccoli into small pieces, soak in salt water for 10 minutes, then remove and drain.

- Cut the celery stalks into matchstick lengths, then soak in salt water for 10 minutes, then remove and set aside.

- Remove the head from the shrimp and remove the dirt on the back, then wash again, lift and drain.

- Crush the garlic

- Prepare a pan, add 2 liters of water, turn on medium heat, wait for ±8 minutes / until it boils. When it boils, add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of oil, add the broccoli and celery stalks, then cover, wait for ±5 minutes, remove and drain.

- Fry the shrimp until they are golden brown, don't forget to turn them over so they cook evenly.

- When the shrimp are cooked, remove and set aside

- Heat 3 tablespoons of oil, add the spices and fry until fragrant.

- Add broccoli, add sugar, salt and oyster sauce dissolved in 2 tablespoons of water, stir until the spices are absorbed.

- Add the shrimp, cook briefly until the spices are evenly distributed.

- Lift and serve
