Home-cooked steak

The meaning and feeling of frying steak at home is like moving the ritual of a western restaurant into the kitchen, with the warmth of fireworks~ Share a few features:
Meaning: Not just eating, but a small ritual of life
Satisfaction brought by a sense of control: From selecting meat, thawing to seasoning and frying, you can control the degree of doneness by yourself throughout the process, and you know your stomach better than takeout.
Spend half the money to buy a good steak, add cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and a glass of red wine, and you can replicate the "high-end feeling" and sense of accomplishment at home.
The charm of frying steak at home is that it turns "eating" into a warm thing-not to fill your stomach, but to use your hands to turn ordinary ingredients into the expected taste, and then share it with the people you care about~ Have you fried steak at home recently?
Ingredients
- 300g ribeye steak.

- 10g black pepper.

- Sea salt, two teaspoons of avocado oil

- small pieces of cucumber.

- Cherry tomatoes optional.

- 10g butter.

Steps
- Thaw the steak for half an hour and wipe dry with paper towels.

- Put appropriate amount of sea salt on the processed steak and spread it evenly. Then put avocado oil, one teaspoon of avocado oil on each side, spread it evenly, and marinate for 30 minutes.

- It is best to use a wrought iron pan to fry steak. The core advantage is that the pattern creates a high-temperature charred aroma while locking in the gravy, making the steak charred on the outside and tender on the inside, with both good looks and taste.
First heat the pan. Add the butter to melt.

- Start cooking the steak, fry it for 1 and a half minutes on medium-high heat. Turn it over and sprinkle black pepper on it. Fry it for 1 and a half minutes. Turn it over again. Sprinkle black pepper on it as well. Turn off the heat and quickly fold it up.

- The doneness of the steak depends on personal preference. I fried it medium rare today.

- Stack on top, arrange cucumbers and cherry tomatoes, and you're done✅Enjoy it slowly!
