Tuna Petties

The moist and chewy texture of tuna combines in harmony with the warm spices typical of garam masala, pepper and a hint of chili, creating a deep and tempting taste sensation. The aroma is subtle but rich, wrapped in fragrant coriander leaves and spring onions which add a layer of freshness. Each slice — golden on the outside, tender on the inside — is perfectly served with a squeeze of fresh lemon that adds a sparkle of tangy flavor, making it an ideal choice for a special snack or light meal full of flavor.
Ingredients
Steps
- Separate the tuna flakes from the broth.

- Wash and clean the spring onions and coriander leaves then chop finely

- Add eggs

- Add 1/2 tsp garam masala powder

- Add 1/2 tsp of ground pepper and 1/4 tsp of salt (I use whole pepper to make it more fragrant). You can add ground pepper according to your taste.

- Add 1/4 chili powder and 100g bread crumbs

- Add chopped spring onions and coriander leaves then knead until smooth.

- After kneading

- We shape it, shape it according to taste, okay?

- After being shaped

- Heat the pan

- Add 5 tbsp oil

- Add one by one until it looks like this and leave it for a few minutes.

- After 3-4 minutes, we turn it over like this, OK?

- I only fry it for 6 minutes here, it's okay and turn off the heat.

- Tuna Petties are ready to be served and we add a few slices of lemon.
