  3. Remove pit from jujubes ( use the side of a chopping knife to pound the jujubes is easier and faster than using a scissor to cut.)

  4. Each jujube cut into pieces.

  5. Blend jujubes with 200 ml water.

  6. To a pot pour the jujube water, 400 ml water, 35g sugar and 50g grass jelly.
