Ingredients
40 G Jujube
35 G Sugar
400 Ml Water (another 200 ml for blending the jujubes)
50 G White grass jelly
Steps
Place the jelly container into the fridge. It is easier to release the jelly from the cooled container to serve.
Wash jujubes with any types of flour to remove dirt and dust
Remove pit from jujubes ( use the side of a chopping knife to pound the jujubes is easier and faster than using a scissor to cut.)
Each jujube cut into pieces.
Blend jujubes with 200 ml water.
To a pot pour the jujube water, 400 ml water, 35g sugar and 50g grass jelly.
Boil the jujube mixture at low heat. Stir occasionally. Once boiled turn off the heat,
Pour the boiled mixture into the cooled container and cool at room temperature. Refrigerate for a refreshing taste.
