Lamb ribs with onions

Ingredients
- 700 g goat ribs

- 1 /3 ball onions

- 4 star anise seeds

- 1 /4 tsp salt

- 450 water for boiling goat ribs
- 1 tsp oyster sauce

- 1 tsp dark soy sauce

- 1 /2 tsp coarse black pepper

- 1 tbsp oil for sautéing onions

Steps
- Wash the goat ribs

- Wash the star anise

- Add 450ml of water to boil

- Heat the pan and add 1 tablespoon of oil to sauté the onions.

- Add the goat ribs

- Add 1 tsp oyster sauce

- Add 1 tsp of dark soy sauce

- Add 1 tsp black pepper, stir-fry for a minute or two, then taste test, turn off the heat.
