Stir-fried Minced Pork with Green Beans
To put it simply, this dish is stir-fried grains - grains of pork stir-fried with grains of beans. "Stir-fried Grains" is a dish for children. Not only is it easy to chew, but the sauce also wraps around each tiny grain of food, making the flavor very prominent. This dish even uses fermented black bean paste, which has a slightly spicy flavor and can be eaten with three large bowls of rice.
Ingredients
- 200 gram Minced pork

- 500 gram Beans (diced)

- 1 spoon Garlic (chopped)

- 0.5 Soup Ginger (cut into pieces)

- 1 spoon Shallots (chopped)

- 0.5 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Chestnut powder
- 1 spoon Soy Sauce
- 0.5 spoon Oil

- 1 spoon Bean paste
- 0.3 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Sugar
- 0.5 spoon Cooking wine
- 1 spoon Oyster sauce
Steps
- Marinate minced pork for 15 minutes.

- Heat a pot of water and blanch the beans for three minutes. Drain the water.

- Heat oil in a wok and fry minced pork until both sides are golden brown. Serve aside.

- Add a little oil to the wok and sauté the spices: minced garlic, ginger, and shallots.

- After the ingredients are sautéed, add a tablespoon of bean paste and simmer over low heat.

- After sautéing, add half a tablespoon of cooking wine to enhance the aroma.
- Add beans and stir-fry over medium-high heat.

- Add the minced pork back and stir-fry.

- Add seasoning: 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon sugar.
