Ingredients
- 100g each of Morinda officinalis and Eucommia ulmoides.

- Cordyceps, deer antler, blue dates, longan, wolfberry, as you like.

- 600g pig tail bone.

- 4 slices of ginger.

- salt to taste.

Steps
- Wash and blanch the ribs.

- Soak Eurycoma longifolia for 5 minutes, clean and set aside

- First, add the Eurycoma longifolia, Eucommia ulmoides and ginger slices into the pot. After the water boils, remove the foam. Cook over medium heat for 3 hours. Turn off the heat.

- Filter the soup residue after cooking for 3 hours

- Wash the cordyceps, deer antler, blue dates and longan, put them into the stew pot and stew them together.

- Place the stew pot over water and cook on medium heat for two and a half hours. Add the wolfberries. Continue cooking for 30 minutes. Turn off the heat and cook for a total of 3 hours.
