Apple and pear tea
Apple and pear tea is a traditional Chinese fruit tea made from apples, pears and other ingredients. It has the effect of moistening the throat and clearing away heat, and has a sweet taste, making it suitable for enjoying in the dry season.
Ingredients
- 4 Apples (peeled, cored and cut into pieces)

- 150 gram Dried pear

- 3 grain Candied Dates

- 10 grain Fig

- 25 gram Apricot

- 1 valve peel

- 4 piece Tremella

- 2 Lift water
- 4 Small Block crystal sugar
Steps
- First, wash the dried pears, candied dates, figs and almonds, and blanch them in hot water to remove impurities.

- After scalding the above items, put them into a sieve to drain the water.

- Soak the peel in water, and scrape off the sacs on the peel after it becomes soft.

- Soak the snow fungus in water until it expands and softens. Then cut off the hard part and black part of the snow fungus.

- In a large soup pot, boil about 2L of water.
- After the water boils, put all the above ingredients into the pot.

- If using an Instant Pot, cook in "soup mode" for 20 minutes. If cooking over an open flame, it will take 45 minutes.

- After twenty minutes, add four small pieces of rock sugar. Cook in Instant Pot for another 7 minutes.
