Ingredients
150g unsalted butter
200g dark chocolate
100g white sugar
3 eggs
70g low-gluten flour
30g cocoa powder

Steps
Add butter and chocolate and melt over water
Melt to this state
Mix eggs and granulated sugar and beat until relatively thick
Mix the chocolate mixture with the eggs.
Mix well and set aside.
Sift cocoa powder and flour together.
Mix the powder with the chocolate paste until smooth.
Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
Cover the mold with baking paper
Add chocolate paste and spread evenly.
You can add chocolate chips according to your preference.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius.
