20g sugar
6 egg tart shells
50g coconut milk or milk
30g butter
50g shredded coconut
10g milk powder

Steps
Melting butter: Melt the butter in a double boiler or in a microwave.
Prepare the sweetened milk base: Add 20g of sugar, pour in coconut milk or milk, and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Add an egg: Crack an egg into the mixture and stir thoroughly to combine the egg liquid with the milk paste.
Add shredded coconut and mix well: Add 50g of shredded coconut and stir in one direction until well mixed.
Add milk powder and let it sit: Add 10g of milk powder, stir well, and let it sit for 30 minutes to allow the filling to absorb the flavor.
Filling and crust preparation: Place the rested filling into the tart crusts. If you have raisins, you can put one in the filling.
Oven baking: Place the egg tarts on the lower rack of the oven and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes (adjust the time according to your own oven to avoid burning).
