Banana Cake Recipe with Only 2 Eggs


Bolu Pisang Cuma 2 Telor Recipe is a simple cake that combines the softness of ripe bananas with a light egg-based dough. Without the need for a mixer, the dough is simply stirred until smooth, making it a practical choice for beginners. - Mash the bananas using a fork and set aside.

- Beat the eggs, sugar and salt until dissolved using a fork.

- Add flour, milk powder, and baking soda by sifting so that there are no lumps. Stir until evenly mixed.

- Add cooking oil and stir again

- Mix the bananas and stir well.

- The dough is mixed well then set aside

- Prepare a baking pan that has been greased with cooking oil.

- Pour into a baking pan that has been greased with cooking oil (I use a 22cm baking pan), press the dough. Then steam using medium heat (I use an electric steamer) for 45 minutes or until cooked.

- Prepare a pan for steaming, wait until it boils, I wrap the lid with a clean cloth so that the water doesn't drip onto the dough.

- When the water is boiling, add the mixture, then cover again for 45 minutes or until cooked.

- The cake is cooked, then remove it and set it aside

- Wait until it cools, remove from the pan.

- Steamed banana cake ready to be served
