Double skin milk

The double-skin milk in the porcelain bowl is like a piece of white jade, with a layer of milk skin as thin as a cicada's wing floating on the surface. Ingredients
- 50g double skin milk powder

- 300 ml milk

- dragon fruit

- honey

- Raisins

- Cooked sesame seeds

- crushed peanuts

Steps
- Cut the dragon fruit into small cubes for later use

- Pour the pure milk into a pot and heat it over low heat until it is slightly boiling.

- Do not cook too long, 2 to 3 minutes is enough.

- Pour the double skin milk powder into a container. After the milk boils, pour it into the prepared double skin milk powder and stir in one direction to mix evenly.

- Then put your favorite fruits in it, such as mango, orange, banana. Put the fruits in moderation, otherwise it will not solidify well.

- Wait for the prepared double skin milk to cool and take shape, cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator to keep fresh for one or two hours.

- Pour an appropriate amount of ice water into a bowl. Add an appropriate amount of honey and mix well.

- After the double skin milk has cooled and solidified in the refrigerator, take it out and pour it into a plate. Use a fruit knife to cut it apart like cutting a cake.

- Put the portion in a bowl, pour honey water on it. If you don’t have honey at home, brown sugar water will do. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts, cooked sesame seeds, raisins, and chopped hawthorn.

- The double skin milk is ready. You can make it at home and eat it without worry. It is chewy and cold and really refreshing.
