Pickled mustard

Potato starch

Soy sauce
3 Teaspoons
Oil
Steps
Slice beef
Slice pickled mustard and soak in water for 10 minutes. Then squeeze out any water to reduce the saltiness. Put half on the plate.
Season beef with sugar, potato starch, soy sauce and oil. Let stand for 30 minutes.
Place beef on the plate. Put the remaining half mustard on the beef.
When water boils put the plate onto the steamer. Steam for 3 minutes.
Done. Sprinkle with spring onions.
