Seafood Fried Udon
Seafood fried udon is a delicious fried noodle dish that combines a variety of seafood with udon noodles. This dish is mainly made of frozen seafood, onions, cabbage, scallions, mushrooms and other ingredients, paired with udon noodles. After being stir-fried and seasoned, it presents a delicious flavor. Udon noodles absorb the umami flavor of seafood and vegetables, and have a smooth and tender texture. Paired with the fragrant sauce, the whole dish is rich in flavor and is suitable as a staple food choice for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 pack Frozen seafood
- 1 Onion (cut into strips)

- 2 Tree Green cabbage (cut into strips)

- 2 piece Scallions (cut into pieces)

- 4 piece Mushrooms

- 4 pack Udon
Steps
- First, soak the mushrooms in water for 2 hours, or until they are soft. Soak the mushrooms until soft and then slice them.

- Thaw frozen seafood in water.

- For the sauce: 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1/3 teaspoon salt

- After thawing seafood, drain it in a sieve.

- Heat oil in a hot wok.

- Bring oil to a boil and add onions. Stir fry.

- Add in mushrooms to bring out the aroma.

- Add the green cabbage and stir-fry.

- After stir-frying the above ingredients, add the prepared sauce and stir-fry until all the ingredients are coated with the sauce.

- Add water to halfway up the vegetables.

- When the water is boiling, add the udon.

- Cover the udon with the vegetable sauce and use a spatula to spread the udon.

- Cover the wok and bake for 5 minutes.

- After opening the lid, add the seafood back in and stir-fry, then add the scallions and stir-fry last.

- Taste and add seasoning according to the taste of the food.

- Finally, turn off the heat and sprinkle with white sesame seeds to enhance the aroma and taste.
