Braised Chicken Wings with Potatoes
Braised chicken wings with potatoes is a classic home-cooked dish, with tender chicken wings and fluffy potatoes as the main ingredients. Through slow-cooking, both of them fully absorb the delicious sauce, giving them a rich taste and strong flavor. This dish is a family favourite and is especially good with rice.
Ingredients
- 400 gram Chicken Wings & Chicken Mallet
- 2 Potatoes (cut into large pieces)
- 1 Onion (cut into strips)

- 0.5 Garlic (chopped)

- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
- 1 spoon Soy Sauce
- 1 spoon Oil
Steps
- Wash and drain the chicken wings and chicken drumsticks
- Mix the above marinade with the chicken wings and marinate for 30 minutes.

- Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken wings until both sides are golden brown. Set aside

- Heat the wok, add a little oil, add onion and minced garlic, stir-fry until the aroma is released

- Add diced potatoes and stir-fry.

- Add water to halfway up the potatoes.

- Cover the wok and cook over medium-low heat for 3 minutes.

- Open the wok lid and put the chicken wings and chicken drumsticks back in, stir-fry, then add half a teaspoon of salt, about one tablespoon of oyster sauce, and one teaspoon of soy sauce.

- Add water to half the height of the food

- Cover the wok and simmer for about 3 minutes.

- Finish.
