Eggs in soy sauce

Ingredients
- 4 egg grain

- 4 sliced shallots

- 2 garlic, sliced

- 1 cut tomatoes

- 1 spring onions (slice)

- 5 cayenne pepper fruit (slice)

- 2 tablespoon sweet soy sauce

- 1 /2 tablespoons oyster sauce

- 1 /2 teaspoon salt

- 1 /2 tablespoons chicken stock

- 250 Milli water

- Enough cooking oil to fry the eggs and sauté the spices
Steps
- Fry the eggs until cooked, then remove and set aside.

- Shallots and garlic, chilies and tomatoes, sliced spring onions

- Saute shallots and garlic until fragrant, add cayenne pepper and spring onions, saute until wilted.

- Add oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce and water (250 ml water)

- After boiling, add salt and stock powder.

- Then add the eggs and tomato pieces. Cook until done, serve.

- The soy sauce egg is cooked, ready to be served.
