Korean cold noodles
Half an apple
Half a cucumber

gochujang
1 tablespoon
gochugaru (Korean chilli powder)
1 tablespoon
white sesame

cloves garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon
sugar
4 tablespoons
soy sauce
2 tablespoons
sesame oil
4 tablespoons
cold water
Steps
Start by cooking the cold noodles according to the packaging
Drain and wash with cold noodles. Set aside
Prepare the toppings: cut both apple and cucumber into thin strips
Also mix all the sauce ingredients together
Assemble the noodles as a base
Then place the toppings and sauce. Done and enjoy!
