Spicy Beef And Cabbage Pot
This is an easy yet flavourful stew made with a special sauce from unexpected condiments.
Ingredients
150 g
beef (sliced)
4
cabbage leaves
1/2
courgette
Crab stick, hotpot balls, sausage
2 tablespoons
soy sauce
1 tablespoon
gochujang
1 tablespoon
mirin
1 teaspoon
fish sauce
Steps
Prepare the sauce by mixing everything well in advance
Layer sliced beef onto cabbage as demonstrated
Cut the assembled beef-cabbage into chunks
Transfer into a pot vertically
Also add in optional ingredients
Pour in the prepared sauce. Start cooking on medium low heat with lid on. (no need to add any water to the pot)
Once cabbage softens, remove from heat and serve with rice
