Peaches peeled and cut into small pieces. Place the peach pieces onto a plate lined with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Put the plate in the freezer overnight.
Put a metal pan in the freezer and hour before prepping. Metal pan speeds up the firming.
Put yogurt into the blender first.
Add honey.
Add vanilla essence.
Add frozen peaches.
Blend on highest speed. Use pulse function at first. It will likely be stuck in the beginning so you have to keep pushing the mixture. After a little pushing in the beginning, the mixture will eventually blend smoothly without getting stuck. As soon as the mixture looks smooth, it is done. Do not over blend.
Take out the frozen pan. Immediately pour the blended mixture onto the pan. Put into the freezer without delay.
After about an hour , peach frozen yogurt is ready to serve.
