- Wash the rice and cook it in a rice cooker for 45 minutes.

- Wash the fish and drain it. Then marinate it with salt, pepper, sesame oil powder and sweet potato flour.

- Then move the porridge to a pan and cook for 10 minutes on the stove.

- Add the fish meat to the porridge, cook for about 5 minutes and add sliced ginger, spring onions and coriander leaves.

- Porridge ready to serve
