Pan-fried French cod with apples and black pepper
Simple and easy to make; the white cod is tender and delicious.
Ingredients
Fresh French White Snow Fish (Thaw for two hours to dry off some moisture and set aside)
Thickly slice four apples
5 pieces of ginger
Sea salt (one teaspoon)
Black pepper (one teaspoon)
Steps
Pan-fry ginger for 3 minutes
Fry the apples until golden brown on both sides.
rub some sea salt and black pepper to fry
Pan-fry one side for 2 minutes
Fry the other side for 2 minutes.
