Fried squid with green and red peppers comes with rice and wine 😋
Ingredients

1 green pepper and 1 red pepper
You can use more or less fermented black beans.

Steps
Cut the squid into pieces and clean them
Squid slices
After the water boils, add the squid and blanch it until the water boils again, then turn off the heat.
Remove the squid and set aside
Cut the green and red peppers into small pieces
5-6 small pieces of ginger
Chop garlic
Chopped shallot
Soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon oyster sauce
Salt to taste
Add a little salt and fry the green and red peppers until 70% cooked
Put the green and red peppers on a plate
Heat the pan and add oil, then sauté ginger, garlic and shallots.
After you smell a little fragrance, pour in the fermented black beans and continue to stir-fry.
Pour in the squid when you smell the aroma of bean curd
Add soy sauce and oyster sauce immediately after pouring the squid into the pot
Stir-fry quickly. The squid has been blanched and is easy to cook, so you don’t need to stir-fry it for too long.
Add the previously fried green and red peppers and mix well.
