- Cut the tofu into several pieces

- Add two tablespoons of sweet soy sauce

- Add 1/2tsp chicken stock

- Then cover and let it simmer until the water reduces so that the flavors are absorbed into the tofu and tempeh. Here I use 20 minutes on low heat.

- After 20 minutes the water has reduced, turn off the heat.

- Bacem tempeh tofu is ready to be served
