Yellow belly

Hairy melon (1kg)
2 Pieces
Carrots
3 Tablespoons
Oil
1.5 Teaspoons
Salt
3 Litres
Water
Steps
Carrots cut into pieces.
Hairy melon cut into slices.
With 3 tablespoons oil fry fish to golden then add in 3 litres hot water.
Boil for 30 minutes.
Use a sieve to drain the soup from the fish bones.
Boil the drained fish soup with the carrots for 15 minutes.
Add in the hairy melons and boil for another 10 minutes. Add 1.5 teaspoons salt to taste.
Done.
