Avocado White Peach Tapas

Avocado White Peach Tapas is a bite-size toast canapé topped with prosciutto, white peach, and avocado, finished with pops of caviar, sun-dried tomatoes, and a glossy balsamic drizzle for a sweet-salty, creamy-crisp contrast.

- Trim the toast into 4 small rectangles with toast edges removed

- Then, brush both sides of the toast with avocado oil

- Let bake in the oven at 180°C for 5 minutes each sides

- Then, trim the peach into sizes that fit onto the toast

- Same with the avocado

- Followed by the prosciutto

- Lately, garnish with caviar, sun dried tomatoes and balsamic vinegar. Serve and enjoy!
