  11. Place the Chocolate in rows of parallel at the top and bottom of the pastry

  12. Using a knife 🔪 , cut down in straight line in between each Chocolate to make Columns

  14. Start rolling each Column inwards from both Chocolate ends

  17. Place them on oven tray and make sure there are enough spaces between them. [Now is a good time to pre-heat the oven for 180-200°]

  18. In the same dish you used for the mix, add the rest of Saffron, add milk, and the egg Yolk

  19. Cover the top of the Pastries with the new mix

  20. Don't put too much and don't be too shy to put the mix, just enough to cover the top. If it spill over, it's okay.

  22. Remove from Oven when the top layer is Golden / Brown-ish
