Ingredients

sugar
1 tsp
fermipan, 150 ml water 2 tbsp cooking oil
Chocolate bar (can also be served with Silverqueen chocolate or jam according to taste)
Steps
Mix all ingredients
Gradually add 150 ml of water.
Mix all ingredients

Knead the dough until smooth
Let the dough rest for ±1 hour, cover with a clean cloth.

Knead again for a while
Divide the dough into 6 equal parts
Take 1 part of the dough, round it and flatten the dough.
Put the chocolate on the flattened dough, use chocolate/jam according to taste.
Close the dough tightly, continue until finished
The dough is finished, then let it rest again for ±30 minutes
Prepare a pan for steaming
Steam for ±20 minutes
The chocolate buns are cooked and ready to be served.
