Potato starch
Steps
Sliced pork
Minced pork
Season with oil, salt, sugar, potato starch & soy sauce
Chop pickled mustard green. Add to the pork & mix thoroughly
Place pork over boiling water, steam for 10 minutes & garnish with chopped spring onion.
