Sweet And Sour Cold Rice Noodles

This refreshing cold noodle dish balances sweet-and-sour flavours with juicy tomatoes, bright lime, and fresh coriander, finished with a fragrant chilli-and-sesame hot-oil dressing—and a “secret ingredient” of passion fruit for a summery twist. Ingredients

• Rice noodles
  
• 2 tomatoes (diced and skin peeled)
  
• Coriander stalks (chopped)
  
• 3 slices lime
  
• 1/2 passion fruit
  
• 2 tablespoons chilli powder
  
• 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  
• 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  
• 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
  
• 20 mL hot oil
  

Steps

1. Start by cooking the rice noodles as instructed on package
   
2. Prepare all ingredients as shown
   
3. Prepare the noodle seasoning by pouring hot oil into chilli powder and sesame seeds
   
4. Then add soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt
   
5. Once rice noodles are cooked, rinse under cold water
   
6. Finally assemble everything onto serving plate, mix well and enjoy!
