The scallops are big, fresh and delicious, and every bite is refreshing and sweet. Minced garlic further enhances the flavor of seafood. Vermicelli brings together all the flavors and is the essence 😅
Ingredients
600 gram scallop
3 pack vermicelli
3 entire Garlic (chopped)
3 Shallots (chopped)
1 piece Green onion (diced)
Steps
Soak the vermicelli in clean water for about an hour.
Wash the scallops and remove any black dirt. Then drain.
After soaking the vermicelli for one hour, soak it in hot water for another five minutes.
Heat oil in a wok, sauté 2/3 of the minced garlic, then add in shallots and stir fry.
Add half a teaspoon of salt and one tablespoon of soy sauce and stir-fry evenly. When the garlic sauce is ready, set aside.
Spread the soaked vermicelli on the steaming tray.
Take about half of the garlic sauce, spread it on the vermicelli, and then mix it together.
Place the scallops on top of the vermicelli.
Dot each scallop with remaining garlic sauce.
Spread the remaining minced garlic (uncooked) on each scallop. Raw garlic and cooked garlic together highlight the different flavors of garlic.
Heat a pot of water, add the scallops and steam for 12 - 14 minutes.
