Steps
- Wash the pork, then boil it for 5 minutes, then remove and set aside.

- Boil the letchi for ±5 minutes then remove and peel the letchi, set aside.

- Peel all ingredients except chayote, then wash and cut into several pieces.

- Prepare a pan (I use an electric pan) add 4 liters of water. Wait until it boils.

- The water is boiling, add all the soup ingredients, add 1 tsp of oil, cover again, boil the soup for 2 hours.

- When the soup is cooked, add 1 tablespoon of salt and stir.

- The soup is cooked and ready to be served
