Hong Kong Iced Lemon Tea

A classic Hong Kong-style iced lemon tea: strong black tea brewed with Lipton Yellow Label teabags, sweetened with sugar, poured over ice, and brightened with fresh lemon slices—a crisp, sweet-tart refreshment for hot days.

Ingredients

• 7 Teabags Lipton Yellow Label Tea
  
• Lemons (To Taste)
  
• 2 Liters of Water
  
• 180 Grams Sugar
  

Steps

1. Prepare ingredients
   
2. Pour Water into the Saucepan
   
3. Boil your water
   
4. While your water is boiling cut your lemons
   
5. Once your water boils steep your teabags for 7 minutes
   
6. While the tea is steeping add the sugar to the tea
   
7. When your tea finishes steeping pour your tea over ice
   
8. Add lemon slices and optionally garnish with a lemon slice
