Steamed Black Sesame Rice Cakes

A sweet, chewy steamed treat with a rich black sesame aroma, balanced by creamy milk and just enough sugar—soft, bouncy bites that are especially satisfying served warm. A fast and easy treat that you can make whenever you crave for something sweet and chewy!

Ingredients

• 120 g black sesame powder
  
• 120 g glutinous flour
  
• 25 g sugar
  
• 120 g milk
  

Steps

1. Start by mixing all ingredients until all incorporated and not sticking the bowl
   
2. Transfer to a container where you can mould it into shapes
   
3. Then lay on a plate with a steaming sheet
   
4. Cut into smaller bite sizes
   
5. Steam for 15 minutes
   
6. Enjoy while hot!
