Shortbread cookies with sprinkles

Ingredients

• 85 g flour
• 40 g sugar
• 65 g unsalted butter

Steps

1. Measure flour and sugar into mixing bowl
   
2. cut butter into pieces and rub in with fingertips
   
3. Add sprinkles 🌈
4. Knead until mixture forms dough
   
5. Roll into a sausage shape and divide into small pieces
   
7. Preheat oven at 180c and then bake for 8 - 10 minutes
   
8. Let them cool for 5 minutes and then serve; enjoy the cookies 😸🍪
