Pear and Apple Health Tea


A simple and nourishing tea made with apples, pears, ginseng, astragalus, ophiopogon japonicus, red dates, and goji berries. It replenishes qi without causing dryness, nourishes yin and generates fluids, strengthens the spleen and nourishes blood. A gentle and nourishing drink for the whole family! Ingredients
- one pear

- one apple

- You can use five red dates.

- a little wolfberry

- 5 grams of Ophiopogon japonicus

- 5g of Codonopsis pilosula.

- 5g of black-edged astragalus root (black-edged astragalus root is suitable for people in southern China). (Astragalus is suitable for people in northern China.)

- 5 grams of Job's tears.

Steps
- Cut apples and pears into small pieces.

- Wash all ingredients thoroughly and soak for 5 minutes.

- Prepare a health pot and put all the ingredients into it.

- Set to fruit tea function; it will automatically stop after half an hour. Add rock sugar if you prefer it sweeter.

- Automatic stop, can be consumed after 5 minutes of baking.
