Christmas wreath platter

Christmas wreath salad, full of festive atmosphere

Ingredients

• 70g slices of Italian Parma ham
  
• One burata cheese
  
• 50g salad greens
  
• 8 cranberries
  
• 8 cherry tomatoes
  

Steps

1. Prepare a flat plate and place a wine glass on top.
   
2. Arrange the vegetables in a circle
   
3. Add cherry tomatoes and cranberries
   
4. Roll up the ham slices
   
5. Simply add Greek cheese and sprinkle with 3 grams of black pepper, and you're done!
