Jalapeño Tuna Toastie

A warm, crispy ciabatta toastie packed with creamy tuna, bright dill, and punchy jalapeño heat, finished with a generous layer of pesto for a herby, savoury kick—an easy spicy-tuna hot-press style snack. This is inspired by my favourite spicy tuna hot press from Joe & The Juice!

Ingredients

• 1 ciabatta (or bread of choice)
  
• 60 g canned tuna
  
• 5 slices jalapeño (depends on how spicy you want)
  
• 1 teaspoon dill (finely chopped)
  
• 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  
• 1 tablespoon pesto sauce
  

Steps

1. Heat up ciabatta in a toaster until slightly crispy
   
2. In a bowl, add in strained tuna, cream cheese, jalapeño, dill and mix well
   
3. On your toast, generously spread the pesto sauce
   
4. Serve and enjoy!
