Ingredients
- 6 piece Egg

- 150 gram Ground pork

- 0.5 Garlic (chopped)

- 2 piece Scallions (chopped)
Steps
- Mix 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1 tablespoon oil and a little five-spice powder with the minced pork and marinate for 15 minutes.

- Beat eggs and add to boiling room temperature water. The ratio of eggs to room temperature water is 1:0.9. The egg liquid here weighs 310 grams, so about 280 grams of water are added.

- Mix the egg liquid and water, then sieve the mixture and set aside.

- Heat oil in a pan, add minced meat and fry until both sides are golden brown.

- Then add minced meat and garlic until fragrant.

- After frying, let it cool and set aside.
- After the minced meat has cooled down slightly, pour it into the sieved egg liquid.

- Bring water to a boil, cover the egg custard with tin foil, and steam for 15 - 20 minutes.

- After the steamed eggs are done, sprinkle them with chopped green onions and soy sauce. Heat the oil and pour it over the egg custard. Finish!
