Liquorice chrysanthemum drink

Removes heat & brightens up the eyes

Ingredients

• Chrysanthemum 70g
  
• Liquorice 15g
  
• Rock sugar 130g
  
• Water 3.5 litres
  

Steps

1. Wash chrysanthemum to remove dirt & dust
   
2. Put liquorice & water into the saucepan
   
3. Boil liquorice water for 10 minutes
   
4. Add washed chrysanthemum & sugar to the boiling water & keep boiling for another minute & turn off the heat.
   
5. Cover & stand steep for 30 minutes before serving.
