4 teaspoons oil

Steps
Loosen the corned beef from the pack.
Heat a pan with oil and cook the corned beef until slightly charred, so you can smell a bit of crispiness. Remove and set aside.
Crack two eggs in a bowl, and then mix in a quarter of the corned beef.
Clean the pan and heat the pan with a teaspoon of oil in medium to high heat.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan, cook for about 15 seconds, then flip and cook another 15 seconds.
